Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) ve Kullanıcı İçeriği Politikası

Jades App ("Yayıncı") tarafından sunulan Mangala uygulamasını kullanarak, aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız:

1. Kullanıcı Tarafından Oluşturulan İçerik (UGC) Kuralları

Uygulamamız kullanıcıların kullanıcı adı belirlemesine ve/veya diğer içerikleri oluşturmasına olanak tanır. Bu bağlamda:

• Diğer kullanıcıları taciz eden, aşağılayan veya tehdit eden kullanıcı adları yasaktır.
• Müstehcenlik, nefret söylemi, şiddet teşvik eden veya yasa dışı içerik barındıran metinler kullanılamaz.
• Sıfır Tolerans Politikası: Sakıncalı içerik oluşturan veya diğer kullanıcıları suistimal eden kullanıcılara karşı sıfır tolerans politikası izlenmektedir.

2. Raporlama ve Engelleme Mekanizmaları

Kullanıcılar, topluluk kurallarını ihlal eden diğer kullanıcıları uygulama içindeki "Rapor Et" (Report) butonu ile bildirebilir. Ayrıca, rahatsızlık veren kullanıcılar "Engelle" (Block) özelliği kullanılarak anında kısıtlanabilir. Engellenen kullanıcının içerikleri, engelleyen kişi için anında görünmez hale getirilir.

3. İçerik Denetimi ve Müdahale Süresi

Jades App, bildirilen sakıncalı içerikleri ve kullanıcı raporlarını en geç 24 saat içerisinde incelemeyi taahhüt eder. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda:

• Topluluk kurallarını ihlal eden içerikler sistemden kalıcı olarak silinir.
• İhlali gerçekleştiren kullanıcının hesabı askıya alınır veya uygulamaya erişimi tamamen engellenir.

4. Hizmetten Çıkarma

Yayıncı, bu sözleşmedeki şartları ihlal eden herhangi bir kullanıcıyı, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın uygulamadan çıkarma veya içeriğini silme hakkını saklı tutar.

5. Misafir (Guest) Kullanıcılar

Uygulamayı "Misafir" olarak kullanmayı tercih ederseniz:

• Oyun verileriniz ve satın alımlarınız, kişisel bilgileriniz toplanmadan cihazınızın donanımsal kimliği (Device ID) ile eşleştirilerek saklanır.
• Bu sayede uygulamayı silseniz bile aynı cihazdan tekrar giriş yaptığınızda (cihaz kimliği değişmediği sürece) kredileriniz ve ilerlemeniz korunur.
• Ancak cihaz değişikliği veya fabrika ayarlarına dönme durumlarında verileriniz kaybolabilir. Kesin veri güvenliği ve farklı cihazlardan erişim için hesabınızı Google veya Apple hesabınıza bağlamanız önerilir.

End User License Agreement (EULA) and User Content Policy

By using the Mangala application provided by Jades App ("Publisher"), you agree to the following terms:

1. User Generated Content (UGC) Rules

Our application allows users to set usernames and/or create other content. In this context:

• Usernames that harass, insult, or threaten other users are prohibited.
• Texts containing obscenity, hate speech, promoting violence, or illegal content cannot be used.
• Zero Tolerance Policy: A zero tolerance policy is followed against users who create objectionable content or abuse other users.

2. Reporting and Blocking Mechanisms

Users can report other users who violate community guidelines using the "Report" button within the application. Additionally, offensive users can be instantly restricted using the "Block" feature. The content of the blocked user is immediately made invisible to the person who blocked them.

3. Content Moderation and Response Time

Jades App commits to reviewing reported objectionable content and user reports within 24 hours at the latest. As a result of the review:

• Content that violates community guidelines is permanently deleted from the system.
• The account of the user who committed the violation is suspended or their access to the application is completely blocked.

4. Terminating Service

The Publisher reserves the right to remove any user or delete their content for violating the terms of this agreement without prior notice.

5. Guest Users

If you choose to use the application as a "Guest":

• Your game data and purchases are stored by matching them with your device's hardware identity (Device ID) without collecting personal information.
• This ensures that even if you delete the app, your credits and progress are preserved when you log in again from the same device (as long as the device ID remains the same).
• However, your data may be lost in case of a device change or factory reset. For absolute data security and cross-device access, we recommend linking your account to a Google or Apple account.
